Email outbox failed

hello, the approver never received notification via his email  

when i check the reason; i find there are lots of entries with failed statut on Email outbox 

messge is : "impossible to authorise identification on server smtp.office365.com"

the account used to send email is the service account which works correctly ( notifications for other workflows are sent correctly )

can somebody tell me how i can fix this issue ?
