Display Submitted attachments individually in Power Pages.

Hi, I need to create a website where I need to display multiple attachments from SharePoint Document Folder separately on the form. Further, the website needs to recognize who is the user so that it can populate its form (auto-filled with submitted data) along with the attachments. I also need to configure a condition for when the user needs to attach additional information, another attachment field to display.

Does anyone know how I can achive this?

Any help will be appreciated.
