I am trying to send email through the wokflow which will include the url from the custom certain entity, when a user receive the email and click on the url, it hsould take them to crm form for that entity
for the above purpose:
I have created a new atribute to hold the whole entity url including the refrence to Object ID
I save it url value onSave event click
Now when i added the URL field to the workflow email, the email goes through but the url is not clickable from the Outlook
i know it must be something little that i may be missing, but not sure what.
