Hi everyone,

I am creating a project.
There is a fast tab 'Project team and scheduling' and allow me to create Team member.

Could anyone explain more about this part? I don't find much information about it.
What is the consequence if I skip this configuration?

Thank you so much.

    Hi,
I found this official document for you on how to create and monitor a project team: Creat a project team | Microsoft Learn
This section helps specify the specific team members involved in the project and assign them relevant work tasks and responsibilities. By creating team members, you can track and manage each team member’s contributions and progress in the project. You can assign their roles and responsibilities, allocate tasks, schedule, and customize their work. Therefore, to organize and manage your project effectively, it is recommended to configure and add project team members when creating a project.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
