Hi,
Every time I open the CRM, The Pending Email Approval warning appears and we don't want to approve the emails. We just want to hide the warning.
I have tried this to set the "DisablePendingEmailReminder" to 1 in the regedit (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM), as I found in many forums, but it doesn't work. The message still appears (even after doing an iisreset).
When I modified the DisableNavTours option in the same folder in the regedit, the disturbing image disappeared perfectly, but with the "Pending Email Approval" it doesn't. (The message is Pending Email Approval, no Pending Emails to be sent...)
Thanks in advance and I hope someone can help me with this :)

THANK YOU!
that did it for me!
Hi,
This occurs because you have emails with pending send status. You could delete the email messages with Pending Send status by using advanced find and the notification will disappear.
You could get the results for the advanced find above and bulk delete all those email messages.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
that parameter is, likely, for pending emails, not for "pending email approvals".
I wonder what's going to happen if you go to the customizations area and modify conditions for "Users: Primary Email (Pending Approval)" view in such a way that it always comes up empty..
