New error that has appeared over last 2 days

Over the last 2 days we are seeing this appear when you select numerous menu items in D365 HR:

Part Reference's menu item must point to a Form

There are no changes in the environment so we are at a loss as to the cause. can anyone help? We need to be able to continue to use the app until we migrate to the new architecture - this error renders the system useless
