Promote on-premise UAT database to on-premise Production

For an on-premises deployment, you have access to both databases. You should take backup of the UAT from the managment sql studio window, and restore the same DB on your Production environment.

It is always wise, to first keep the backup of the destination DB(Production in your case), unless it is an empty one.
