It means you don't have stock on the particular site and warehouse. Please check your inventory or try to change the site and warehouse where you have inventory.

Microsoft Dynamics AX does not verify that items are physically in inventory when items are picked.

    Example:

Production is started, but not all items for the production are in inventory. The items have been ordered, and delivery has been scheduled. Alternatively, an order for an item is updated. Even though the item is not in inventory, it has been purchased and will soon be in inventory.

Muhammad can you post a picture of your sales line and the on-hand quantity. Also tell us how you are trying to pick. This will need to show all dimensions.

In basic terms AX is telling you that based upon the dimensions specified on the sales lines and the controls of the dimension group you have no stock. You need to check every dimension - in the sales line if you have the range dimensions check box when you drill into the warehouse what does that tell you?

Can you check if Warehouse is used as Physical inventory and the sales order line warehouse is same as the inventory warehouse?
