Problem with adding Products to the Shopifyshop

Hi,

I have a problem adding new products to the Shopify shop. When I try to add a new product using the "Add Article" function, I get an error message that says:

"Sales Header is not available. Identifying fields and values: Document Type = 'Quote', No. = 'B2C'."

Does anyone know why this error keeps appearing and how I can fix it?

    Hi,
     
    Where is this Add Article function you are using? I am not familiar with it as part of the Business Central-Shopify integration.
     
    As far as resolving the error, it is saying that for whatever reason, it expects there to be a Sales Quote document with Document No. = "B2C "in Business Central in order for that function to complete. So, I would try creating that document, then running the function again to see if you get a different result.
