Hi,
As of now CRM 2011 online is not compatible with IE 11. But you may try adding your CRM website URL to the Compatibility list of IE.
Launch IE and on the Menu bar, click on Tools -> Select Compatibility View settings > Add your CRM URL to the compatibility list.
Also, check the checkbox or 'Display All websites in compatibility view'. Click OK and refresh your browser for the changes to take affect.
Thank you,
Rajesh. R.
Thank you Rajesh
i also discovered that changing the url manualy will solve the problem to.
change /m/default.aspx to /main.aspx
Why in the world would Microsoft sell me Windows with IE11, forcing me to use it and not IE10, and then blocking me from using CRM? My computer defaults to the mobile express not the appropriate opening CRM screen. I am told I can not go back to IE10. I have deactivated all add-ons, and even done a clean install of IE, but to no avail. I downloaded Firefox and CRM works beautifully. This truly seems ridiculous that a major MS product line, "not yet compatible with IE11", would be introduced causing hundreds of employees much grief. We've spent hours trying to fix this - but now we are going to load firefox onto everyone's computers and give up. Shame.
Once again I'm gobsmacked at the bL@@dy ineptness of microsoft that they cant even get their own products to work in IE 11. CRM 2011 will work if you add the URL to compatibility view. I just had to demo a last minute CRM to a customer. The demo worked perfectly fine and The browser got updated to Ie 11. It looks as if Microsoft are trying to shaft their own professionals. Keep this up micosoft and you are going to lose any goodwill
Its so funny to see that you guys spent hours together. I wonder what's your company name is :)
We also saw strange behavior in IE11 after rollup 17 was installed on server .... fixed this after we checked the box next to "Load pages in the most recent version of Internet Explorer" at the bottom of the "Customization" tab in "System Settings". With this box checked, no need to add domain name to "Local Intranet" or Compatibility View settings.
