Where has the If/Then Branch option for Segment gone?

Hi all, has anyone else noticed this change? The Real Time Marketing "If/Then" branch used to provide two options:

1). Based on a segment.

2). When a trigger is activated.

Anyone know where it has gone, if this is a bug and when it will be back as an option - I need this for a journey I am designing and it really doesn't help when things randomly disappear!

Hi D365_Newbie,

The if-then branch seems to have only “A trigger is activated” as an option, both in my environment and in the Microsoft documentation.

It is recommended that you use Attribute branch to do this: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/real-time-marketing-tile-reference#branching-the-customer-journey
