How to add link the field "descripton" to a Marketing Form Field

Hi,

I would like to create a contact form where people can leave a comment/question. While Microsoft offers a wide variety of form templates within D365 for Marketing, there isn't a "leave your message" field available yet in the standard setup.
I have tried to create this field via the Marketing Form Field (Templates > Marketing Form Field). But unfortunately, I cannot select the desired field "description" under "content mapping". FYI: "job title" is also a text field and is by default available.

Is there a workaround available to make sure I am able to select this specific field to capture this input on contact and lead level?
