The Marketing app was accidentally installed on the production environment. Before the Marketing app was installed, a Lookup field to create contact was used. Users would select new on the image below.
Before Marketing, it would pull up the Full Contact Form.
After the marketing update, the quick contact form comes up.
This is an issue, as we have custom fields. Users are currently entering the info into the quick create form. They would then reenter the contact form and enter the remaining information.
If I am unable to redirect the create to the create case form, I can add more fields to the quick create. Still, I would like to try and move the system back to how it was before this upgrade.
