>>Purchase Order Statistics Showing Incorrect GST Amount and Net Total Amount in D365 Business Central
Dear Experts,
I am facing an issue with the Purchase Order Statistics in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Below are the purchase order details:
| Line | Base Amount | CGST | SGST | Total GST |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Line 1 | ₹2,000 | ₹100 | ₹100 | ₹200 |
| Line 2 | ₹1,000 | ₹50 | ₹50 | ₹100 |
Expected Values:
- GST Base Amount: ₹3,000
- Total GST Amount: ₹300
- Net Total: ₹3,300
Actual Values in Statistics:
- GST Base Amount: ₹3,000 (Correct)
- GST Amount: ₹400 (Incorrect)
- Net Total: ₹3,400 (Incorrect)
It appears that the GST amount of the second line (₹100) is being added an extra time in the Statistics window.
However, when I check the following:
- Preview Posting
- G/L Entries
- GST Entries
the values are generated correctly, and the posting is accurate. The issue seems to be limited to the Statistics page.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? Could this be caused by:
- A customization in the Statistics page?
- An event subscriber or extension calculating GST twice?
- A known issue in a particular Business Central version(On Cloud)?
- Any GST localization bug?
Any guidance on the possible cause or solution would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
