I have successfully integrated RMS with QuickBooks Pro with the exception of Accounts Receivable, sales and payments post to QuickBooks but not to a specific account. Any suggestions?

Hello, I am also having problems connecting to Quickbooks 2017. Were you able to accomplish this? I just want to be able to post my sales batches to Quickbooks. I would appreciate any help.

Yes we got it integrated after many hours of trial and error, with little help from RMS. Everything works as it should with the exception on A/R. A/R comes over but doesn't post to the specific account. Until we figure that out those need to be brought over manually, and posted to the A/R as in-suspense, so not to duplicate the entry.

To integrate RMS to QB Pro you got to assign GL accounts in RMS to correspond to QB. If you forward your email address I will send you a screen shot of how we set it up.
