Portal Website Page Setting to Inactive

Good Day,

I'm having an issue with one of my portal website pages that continues to deactivate by 'System".   Can someone provide me guidance as to where to look and see why this keeps on happening?

    Hi Monica,

    It seems that this record getting deactivated using some kind of workflow, power automate flow or plugin if user is not using that, we can write an plugin to avoid that operation, please see below link:
