Facing this issue, when Qualifying a Lead. Any idea to resolve this?

Could you be more specific?
Pretty sure this is an undocumented and unresolved bug in the 365 update.
To fix this, try opening advanced find and look for an entity with the same name as the Business Process Flow you're currently using, for example an entity named "Lead to Opportunity Sales Process" if that is the BP Flow you're having troubles with. Choose that Entity, then click edit columns and add all of the columns to the view so you can locate your related record (see the Lead column). You should see a column named Active stage and probably that stage is for the Opportunity and not the Lead. This can happen if you delete the opportunity and then reactivate the lead. You can just delete this business process flow record and then you should resolve this issue.
Is this a product on the product?
Hi,
A client has just had this issue. The Lead was reactivated after it was disqualified and the opportunity had been deleted.
Here is log file below:-

I notice on this lead under the Business Process Bar far right next to Leads to Opportunities Process it showed Active with green arrow. Select Active button which will then refresh and appear as next. Now you can qualify lead.
Hi Scott, Great workaround for this, Ive experienced this very problem on my CRM just now, or it has just been highlighted to me by the sales team. If the only way around this is to delete the opportunity it will mean losing the data from the opportunity then, something my sales guys dont want. Any other suggestions on how to correct this?
error could occur if a lead is qualified already and re-activated orcan happen if you delete the opportunity and then reactivate the lead.
Worked like a charm, Thanks :)
