How to add Product Name and Description fields in Planned Orders form

Hello All,
I need to add Product Name and Description fields in Planned Orders form.

Planned Orders' form name is ReqTransPo.

I try added InventTable and EcoresProductTranslation in the Reference Data Source in ReqPO.

but no success.

Maybe had the language issue and relation join not right.

Please help and Thanks in advance.

    You are not able to add the fields to the form or your not getting any values populated in that field in the Form.
