I would like to know, if this is by design that dynamics CRM user access audit will be logged in 4 hrs only.
I saw message as below
"the user started accessing microsoft dynamics crm on through the web page or the outlook hoster. subsequent access by this user to microsoft dynamics crm may not be logged for the next 4 hours"
appreciate any thought if this is fixed or can change the value?

this is by Default:

The frequency of auditing user access can be read or set using the Organization.UserAccessAuditingInterval attribute. The default attribute value of 4 indicates user access is audited once every 4 hours.

You need to change the UserAccessAuditingInterval Attribute:

The attribute must be set on the organization entity.
