JavaScript not getting triggered, anyone know why?

On my web page: Profile, I went to the Advanced tab and simply added a JavaScript to show a console output: Test. This isn't getting triggered. Does anyone know why?

    I am using Localized content - can you explain what the difference is?

    Hello Philip,

    are you using CRM portals or ADX portals ? if you are using CRM portals can you cross check that are you adding script under portal localized content page advanced tab script section or not , to navigate to localized content page open profile web page and navigate to localized content grid.
