Hi Experts,
We have a sales order that has 3 lines when we do the packing slip, only two of the lines changed to delivered and the last one is still open order, please advise, thank you.

Is there a remaining quantity on the last line?
It's normal if you have a gap between the Ordered qty and the delivred qty you have then 2 option.
1 Cancel the remain Qty
2 Ship the remain Qty (with new packing slip)
Otherwise it will stay open order.

Yes 2 deliver remainder.
there can be various business causes. for example, if the sales order was created for ten and at the time of picking you had only 8, then the system let you the choice to Ship partialy and complete your order after with an other Packing slip or to cancel the remain Qty.
There is also a usefull option, when you are about to post the packing slip check the close mark on the line it will post the quantity and cancel the remain automatically.
