Having problems in using .hlp files in windows 10. Need a migration help

Hello.,

I Have a help project (.hpj) and I was using it seamlessly when used with 2003 and 2007. When used with windows 2010, I see that there is a problem with using help file. When I tried searching the net, I found that there is no support for .hlp files anymore on windows 10 from microsoft and also found a few under-table alternatives (which I didnt try in the first place).

I wanted to learn / know from this forum that if there is any way I can use offline help for my product (excel based).

Additionally., from the net I found that, the help maker is not available, and HTML help workshop is also not available (I dont know what it is, but to see and try few things).

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

- Pramod.

    Hi,

This forum is for Dynamics and related products. And your issue may not get effective help here.

It is recommended to post your issue to the community which is related to the product you're using for further help.

    Hi Nya,

The aforesaid problem is not on dynamics range of products or services. Its on a standalone product based on MS excel.

I couldn't find a particular related category to post my question. Hence have it here.

    Regards,

    Pramod.

    Hi Pramod,

Would you please indicate whether your problem is related to Dynamics or specify which application you are currently using in Dynamics?
