We don't have anything listed other than virtualization of Dynamics SL is only supported in a Hyper-V environment. VMware and other virtual solutions have not been tested and therefore are unsupported.
Installing SL in a virtual environment shouldn't be different than a physical environment. You should not need to do anything different over what you would typically do if the machine(s) were physical.
