I want install local language dynamics 365 in local language windows server
but I found a problem

I searched your error message and found there is a similar issue posted by other partner in non-English.

Its solution states that you need to find a procedure called p_RetrievePosts:

and set the default value of startDate as:

For the default value may fail to convert to a datetime in different databases
