MR reporting invalid SQL Server version

I can create a legacy integration with out issues but when I create a data mart integration I receive the following error:

Data Mart connection information: The Management Reporter data mart database requires SQL Server 2008 (10.0.1600.22) or later. The version of the specified server is 10.0.1600.22.

    Additional information:

    Using MR2012 CU6

    MR and SQL are on seperate servers.

    MR Server is Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

    SQL Server is Windows Server 2008 Standard x86

    I have verified the SQL Version to be 10.0.1600.22
