Hello Partners,

The anchors (clickable links that direct the reader to a specific section) in my marketing emails arent working.

It has worked in the past so I know how to correctly follow the process, but recently, it hasn't been working.

Any workarounds or known bugs on this issue?

Anchor in email not working

Hi,

I did not encounter your problem in my testing.

In my test, when I click on the Click to direct to section 2 link it directs me to Section 2.

Checking the HTML of the email, the link text is contained in an a tag that points via href to the div tag where the anchor is located.

Please check that the href value of the a tag your link is in is pointing to the correct anchor.
