GP2015 Fixed Assets Basis Report missing a majority of assets

My Internal Book has been closed for 12/31/2015. January 2016 depreciation ran as expected. Feb 2016 depreciation ran as expected however the Basis report displays on 7 of 122 assets. Other reports do display the assets.

I also have 3 tax books which are still open for 12/31/2015. When I run the Basis report for 12/31/2015 for each of these books the assets are also missing.
