So this is a weird one. We have an Optionset field which is set as Business Required for our Contact entity. However, whenever someone creates a New Contact, fills out that field, and then saves the form, the field clears itself out and is blank the next time they go into the record. I have pulled up the Audit log for several records that I created as a test, and nowhere does it state any kind of workflow or business process that clears the field, it simply never records it in the first place. Any ideas?
We think there might be there Power Automate Flow which maybe be triggers when Contact record created and might set the required option set field as blank.
Could you please check if there's any such Power automate?

Could there be some custom JavaScript running when the form is saved or loaded that are causing this issue.
