Just wondering if someone could help me with the following issue.
Environment details
BC22 OnPremise
Version: W1 22.1 (Platform 22.0.56191.0 + Application 22.1.55890.56216)
Two services, one using NavUserPassword and another AccessControlService
The Problem
When I update the /Authentication Email/ on the User Card, the system does not update the /Current User/ email on the /Email Accounts/ table. Also, for some of the users it doesn't update the /Current User/ at all, while for other users it works as expected and they are able to send emails from their email accounts without issues.
I'm experiencing the same behavior with both services. I also tried the following:
- Removing the /Authentication Email/ and leaving it blank. Despite that, the system insists to show the previous email account for the Current User.
- Updating the Email Account on the User Setup table too with no luck.
App Registration in Azure is setup and looks to work as expected.
Any ideas please?
