Current User Email not retrieved correctly.

Hello all,

Just wondering if someone could help me with the following issue.

Environment details
BC22 OnPremise
Version: W1 22.1 (Platform 22.0.56191.0 + Application 22.1.55890.56216)
Two services, one using NavUserPassword and another AccessControlService

The Problem
When I update the /Authentication Email/ on the User Card, the system does not update the /Current User/ email on the /Email Accounts/ table. Also, for some of the users it doesn't update the /Current User/ at all, while for other users it works as expected and they are able to send emails from their email accounts without issues.

I'm experiencing the same behavior with both services. I also tried the following:
  1. Removing the /Authentication Email/ and leaving it blank. Despite that, the system insists to show the previous email account for the Current User.
  2. Updating the Email Account on the User Setup table too with no luck.

App Registration in Azure is setup and looks to work as expected.

Any ideas please?

    Thanks for your answer. I'm afraid that all these links are related to the generic setup and functionality to send emails. My problem is very specific and unfortunately cannot be answered by these generic walkthroughs.
