Do you know if "Form" is available in CRM Dynamics 8.2 ( on premise) ? (Sales & CS & Marketing)

I do apologize if I am not understanding the question. Are you talking about a 3rd party solution or something already available in D365 as an option?
I Would like something already available in D365. But as I do not see the option, I want to know if is is an option in version 8.2 or do we have to buy a component .

In dynamics 365 on cloud, there is the complement "Form". However, in my version of dynamics 365 8.2 on premise, there is no such add-on. We have dynamics 365 Sales. I just want to know if this add-on is available in dynamics 365 8.2 on premise. After some research, it seems that it is only in version 9. But I am not sure.
