Workflow import

Hi Friends,

In production, one workflow has issue for whatever reason, I want to import same one from UAT environment.

Before importing, I have to delete the one in production, while Production one got live instances,

is this going to be a problem?

    Can you please share the error message you are getting? you can import as a separate version of that workflow.

    Hi Ajit,

    There is no error message, it just says there exists same workflow, operation cancelled.

    If I check box to create new workflow, it will create new one, which I don't want to do.

    Ok. I can suggest you the workaround, open your WF xml file in notepad and find the tag 'versionIdMajor' and change the version to something else like if you have already with 1 then change it to 2 and import.
