Why we cannot see preview posting on journal after sending approval request or after receiving aproval request

Hi,

Are you receiving any error message while doing preview posting?

if not then is there any customization done in your tenant. Kindly uninstall and test again.

Can you please share the approval workflow setup done on general journal if it still doesn't work?

Hi,

Maybe someone have changed the amount in General Journal after the request was sent and you are facing this error

or have you use Workflow User Group with more than one approver? Approval Chain? or just Direct Approval?

can you send me the Screenshots for the workflow which is enabled , Approval user setup/Workflow group which you have set.

Hi,

The standard General Journal Batch Approval Workflow is setup to add a record restriction when submitting the approval request. This record restriction is removed automatically when the request is approved.

So once it is approved then only you can preview post or post.
