If I want to refresh test SLA entity data from prod what would I need to do?

    As Prashant said, you can use solution to move the SLAs from Test environment to the production one :

    If you are talking about the sla entity records, here's how you can do it

    Go to settings>>solutions >>new>>enter name & save >> click sla on the left navigation >> click add existing on the command bar>> save and export this solution

    Now import it to your test environment

    i want to copy the sla data which is in prod and copy it in test.

    What do you mean by refresh? Refresh can be just F5; what you want to achieve, please elaborate

    Hi Sandeep,

    If you are using CRM onpremise , you can modify SLA by editing SLABAse and slakpiinstancebase tables with your required information
