
Hi,
We have custom screens in WMS for some activities. During night, even there is no user active; we still see activity on AOS for WMS user.
( I use TRACE and TRACEPARCER to find out WMS user is the affected process )
Should'nt AOS disconnect/end the session after for a certain period of time there is no interaction on WMS app?
Early in the morning after several hours passed without any user interaction on WMS mobile app, still the activity is on AOS Server!
And we need a RESET of AOS SERVER to get rid of this orphan activity.
Any idea where to check?
Did you check and end sessions in Warehouse management>Inquiries and reports>Mobile device logs>Work User sessions
