Anyone familiar with creating invoices in GP 2013?

We would like to create some standard invoices in Great Plains 2013.  Would anyone know how to do this?

    Template Maintenance in Administration >> Reports allows you to customise the Word templates used for invoices, orders and so on. There are default Word Templates for the Blank forms. To get best use you need the GP Word Addin installed as this will allow you to add fields available to the report, but which are not on the default templates.

    Are you referring to the entry of invoices or the creation of invoice templates?
