Integration Between Dynamics 365 and Exchange 2013 On Premises

Hi,

I have a scenario to integrate Exchange on Prem with Dynamics 365 Online. CRM is a pretty new area for me..

My questions is listed below

Q) Can we have a Hybrid Setup between Exchange 2013 and Dynamic 365 (No Exchange Online).

    Hi Abed,

    I have gone through the article, hybrid is not mentioned in the Prerequisite part in it but if we go to the White paper in the article it mentions about setting up Hybrid..i am a bit confused ..Exchange hybrid I can understand (Exchange on Prem and Exchange online) but I have no idea whether we can set up Hybrid where we have Exchange on prem and Dynamics 365?

    Hi

    Has this issue been resolved? If not, then I would like to recommend using Tenfold to integrate with your phone system to Office 365. Its really easy and will only take a few minutes to set up. Here's the link if your interested www.tenfold.com/.../microsoft-office-365

    They also support MS Dynamics integration
