Script Library causing issues

Hi Friends,

I am getting strange error when adding product to Quote in Unified User Interface.

C

webresources/Sales/QuoteDetail/QuoteDetail_main_system_library.js:

Is above system script file?? I did not find it on default solution.....

Error :

TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEventArgs' of undefined
at Object.FormOnSave [as Form_onsave]
(mydemo.crm4.dynamics.com/.../QuoteDetail
/QuoteDetail_main_system_library.js:1:29391)
at e.executeFunction (mydemo.crm4.dynamics.com/.../app.js
029-184957:549:27818)

    Did you tried in different browser , clearing cache. Not sure try to do that . If its does not help you should raise ticket to MS .

    Hi,

    Yes, "QuoteDetail_main_system_library.js" is internal library. Based on the error message, the execution context is not passed on the method named "FormOnSave". If this is custom then try passing the execution context. If this is not customer or you can't find this method then contact Microsoft.

    Native webresource libraries will not display in solution.

    Open F12 browser developer toolbar, check the file there. You can even debug to see where exactly this error occur.

    You can escalate to MS support ticket if you are sure you didn’t customize something & break this.
