Why does my segment builder look different to the screenshots in the Microsoft docs instruction pages?

Hi, 

I am trying to build some dynamic segments however when I select 'new', I do not get the option to select 'demographic', 'firmographic'... etc. It simply takes me through to the designer with the old UI. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, I'd updated the Marketing app yesterday and I'm getting the new segment presentation / engine

    Good luck with building your new segments now. :) If you need a starting point, that's a blog I wrote a few months ago on the differences between  pre-upgrade segments and segments going forward.

    This has worked perfectly. Thank you Dilyana!

    Only difference was the location links didn't work for me. I found the relevant menu by following:

    selecting settings > advanced settings > application management 

    Then entering the 'Dynamics 365 Admin Center' by that route.

    Hi @JamesFIntact,

    Let's check your marketing app version  or whether you are due an update.

    Steps:

    1. Go yo your instance picker

    https://port.crm11.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx / https://port.crm4.dynamics.com/G/Instances/InstancePicker.aspx, etc

    2. Select your environment from the list 

    3. Click Applications

    4. Find your configured Marketing application and click Manage

    You will either see Your application is up to date. or Update available.

    If you are due an upgrade, this might be the reason.
