I have just started working for Dynamics 365 Commerce for one of our client. We have a requirement where client wish to extend customer and product listing page. By standard, Search view is being loaded with empty data. And data can be searched by typing keywords only. But the client wants that customer/product list should be preloaded with customer or products by default.
I checked some articles on MS Learn, where I got references that we can extend the search view and can make customization for result screen by adding columns and making changes to existing search view. But I did not found that data can be pre-loaded or not.
In case you have expertise in this area, can we really search view with pre-loaded data? Also, how can we achieve this?
