Hi Experts,
We are using D35 FO on premise Installed product version : 10.0.17 (10.0.761.20032) and Installed platform version : Update41 (7.0.5934.41638)
We create the customer order in retail PO but when click for payment it give the following error message. can any please help me out.
Can you check if you specified the shipping address for the Sales Transaction or the Sales Line?
Given this is on-prem scale unit, you can find your Retail Server log in the server you own (Event Viewer->Microsoft->Dynamics->Commerce-RetailServer->Operational), they will have more detailed error information.
