How to raise support ticket with D 365 HR

I am facing Auth issue while connecting with D 365 HR for Web API integration. Need help in resolving the same.

    I have asked client the same questions. They have created fresh App and shared the details, even after using the new app I am seeing the same issue. Is there a way we can get on call to resolve this? I can the client team also to join.

    Ok, please check with your client once again. It can happen that client id is different. When you restore or refresh the environment the client id will get replaced by another system.

    You can send your client id and ask whether it is available in D365 HR - Azure active directory application form. Also, make sure the secret is not expired.

    This is exactly what we are doing on Azure Portal side. And hopefully, from Dynamics HR side also the same.

    Yes they are. Actually, I can't verify that, since it is handled by our clients(External). But they confirmed that, all the configurations are in place.

    Hi there!

    I am currently facing Auth issue while connecting to D 365 WebAPI, using Client Id and Client Secret for the given tenant in Azure AD which is configured to accept API Permission for Dynamics D365 Talent APP. Please note, this is configured in Azure App Registration whose App credentials are used to connect the Web API - Auth endpoint.
