Hi, Shop was striken by lightning, and hard drive died, and with him the DB.
No backup was taken, and thus I reinsalled all the stuff and created a new DB,
like creating a new shop, and made an inventory to get the stock ok.
But then, the HQ manager and the SO manager have different historics, as I recreated something from scratch when it had history.
The thing I cannot understand is that there was a product delivery, that we took in, and it looks OK on HQ manager.
But on SO manager, the PO are mixed. There is the one of the first implementation, from some times ago, and then the one from the first delivery since recreating the shop.
Any idea why? Any idea how to demix these two PO? (it has become a big PO in fact)
Sorry if I am not as clear as I would like...
Sincerely,

Yeah, I am confused too.
The steps you tell above is just what I did.
Create the DB, export, synchronize, run all 2** worksheets.
My partner should be able to connect today, so perhaps it will solve today...
I'm confused!
The steps u should have done: -
1-Create a blank DB from SO Admin by restoring rmsdb.bck
2-Use HQ Admin to export the history of the intended store to the DB u just created from SO Admin
If this is what u did, then u shouldn't have any problem, if not, them please explain in points what u exactly did.
in both cases, I can connect remotely if u want and tell u what action should be taken
Thanks for your answer.
I was not as precise as I should be perhaps.
The way I created the DB was : take a template fro an existing store,
create the DB from HQ, then backup and export to the store.
That is why I do not understand the history being mixed.
I will do the consultant thing, and ask to see if they can clean that.
You mean by correcting directly the DB by sql, don't you?
Although u had no backup, but u should have exported ur store data from HQ instead of creating a new blank db, and i dunno why u didn't!
The situation u r facing now is normal, as the IDs of items (and other master data) r different.
The solution i c is that u either export ur store data from an HQ backup prior to creating ur new store DB, and restore ur HQ backup as well requesting the history for all stores since the backup date
OR get a consultant connect to ur store & HQ databases to fix your corrupted IDs
