I live in Trinidad & Tobago. I am new to the Microsoft Dynamics application. I am currently trying to manage the restart of a Microsoft Dynamics GP 2015 & CRM project that came to a halt one year ago. The GP modules are GL, AP, AR, PO, Bank Rec. DIs there any way
Does Microsoft have any process flow diagram for these areas in GP & CRM?

Note that I believe the connector has been discontinued past GP 2013 & CRM 2016.. Since Microsoft turned CRM mostly into a cloud-based solution now (Dynamics 365), it might become more and more difficult to use the old connector. You may want to look into some 3rd-party products like eOne SmartConnect or ScribeSoft.
PS: according to the 1st link, CRM2016 will be the last version supported by the connector (but it should work with all versions of GP, including 2016).
