MPOS logon issue

Hi everyone. Everytime I try to activate Mpos I get this error "A problem occured during connection. Enter Oprator ID and password again."

And in the event log this is what I get :

CommerceRuntimeException was thrown. Microsoft.Dynamics.Commerce.Runtime.CommunicationException: Exception while calling invoke method RetailServerStaffLogOn:

The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state. ---> System.ServiceModel.CommunicationObjectFaultedException: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.

Everything is supposed to be working, user is added, device added, I don't understand it's like the user doesn't have the right to log in, this is what I get in explorer when I try this url https://localhost:6001/RetailServer/v1/LogOn/{MyUserId} :
