How can I see outstanding workitems of user and remove the items using Admin right

Hello All,

I need tips on how to see other AX users outstanding work items and remove the old ones not needed anyone from the system using the admin right.

Some users have old outstanding work items on the user ID but when I log on using admin right in the Home module and click the All work items, I can't see any of these work items.

I need visibility to these items and remove them from the application using admin right.

Hi Fade,

There are not many good ways to do this. However, one way might be to go to Common > Workflow history > sort by "Pending" > go through the list of pending workflows and reassign the ones that are currently assigned to that user.
