Filter Applications by skill

Hey ,

I am using the modular apps for Attract and Onboard and i want to check something.

When the applicant tries to apply for the job he/she is asked to enter name, email and resume. Can you modify the form to add more requirements(like skills, questions)? If yes , how?

Moreover, when i enter an open job (as a recruiter) and see the applicants i can only see their name, date, internal, last stage, status reason. Is there a way to show the extra skills i asked earlier and filter the applicants by these skills rather than entering every application?

If you have better ideas for filtering applications , they are welcomed.

Thank you very much

    Hi George

Using the generally available version of Attract, it's not currently possible to do what you're looking to do. There are features coming down the line that will help with adding more requirements (skills and questions etc), as it's something that has been requested a lot.  Filtering is also a bit tricky right now and I don't have a workaround for you at this point, but stick with it - this product is going to develop significantly in the coming months.

    Hi Tom

Thank you for answering. You are are mentioning "the generally available version of Attract". Is there another version , even with another license, that can help my needs?

I keep seeing the Core HR platform , is it something that will help me?

When I say the generally available version, I mean the version that has been released, also known as 'GA'. So what I mean is, in the released version, you can't do this.

At any given time there may also be pre-release versions going through the various testing stages before they hit GA, but these aren't generally available for use.

The Core HR platform would help you with some of this after the recruitment stage, but if you're still at the pre-hire stage, it won't solve this for you, sorry.
