I am trying to activate the Pos Retail Cloud for Store Houston device 40 and receive an error at step 2.
"The channel 537144592 was not found or no valid company was found.
Contact your system administrator to fix the issue, then run the 1090 and 1110 CDX jobs.
Verify if previous failed sessions for 1090 or 1110 exist, and if they do, consider running them again".
Where could I check or configure it correctly ? The environment is the of type self-service
