A Problem with OVERTYPE mode

Hi all,

I have a problem with OVERTYPE mode:
- I want when form load, "text overtype" is always ON as following:

http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/5761/ovrh.jpg 

- I edited in solomon.ini file by adding command but it is unsuccessful:
[Insert/Overtype Mode]
InitialStatus=OVR
DisableFeature=No
Please help me.
