Integration with retail server using API

Hi,

I start a new project of integration with retail server from external application, I need to create purchase orders throw APIs, I did some research and I found that I can consume Retail server APIs to get data but is it possible to send data throw APIs ?

You can read and write or send/receive the data through retail server API.
