Hi Archetype,
These are actually Tabs, so we need to add Tabs to the form.
1. If you are editing the form in the make.powerapps.com.
Click Components first, then click a kind of tab.
2. If you are editing the form in the classic form editor.
Under INSERT tab, clikc a kind of Tab, then click a column.
Stay up to date on forum activity by subscribing. You can also customize your in-app and email Notification settings across all subscriptions.
